The development includes beautifully planned stepped ghats, landscaped gardens, seating zones, walking pathways, gathering spaces, and interactive public areas that encourage social interaction and recreational activities. Inspired by the rich heritage of Junnar, the design integrates cultural elements, sculptures, and architectural features that create a strong sense of place and local identity. Special emphasis has been given to beautification, pedestrian movement, landscape planning, safety, and night-time activation through decorative lighting and open spaces.
